The Mimosa Hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which consists of breakfast from 7am to 10am, lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner between 6pm and 9pm, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals local drinks are offered. Theme buffets take place twice weekly and a gala dinner once a week.
