The BarcelÃ³ BÃ¡varo Golf & Casino is one of the complexes that make up the BarcelÃ³ BÃ¡varo Beach Resort, the only hotel complex situated on Playa BÃ¡varo, in the Punta Cana region in the east of the Dominican Republic. The 3-kilometer stretch of tropical beach is protected by a coral reef, forming a natural swimming pool of turquoise-colored water, which reveals a wonderful submarine world beneath its surface. The complex is just 20 km from Punta Cana International Airport, 190 km from the Las AmÃ©ricas International Airport and 200 km from the capital of Santo Domingo.
