The apartments are located in the part of Split formerly known for its greenhouses and flower gardens, which were grown thanks to the micro-climate providing sun and warmth even during the winter months. They are situated beside a large rocky beach, on a little elevation with a view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Solta. It is a 30-minute walk along the seafront to the centre of town and the Diocletian palace - the historical origins of the town. Visitors can enjoy their morning walk, have a coffee in one of the many coffee bars or go for a jog by the sea and breathe in the healthy and fragrant sea air. The bus and train stations are about 3 km away.||The apartments, which were built in 2004, are located in a quiet part of the second largest, and one of the oldest, cities in Croatia. There are 4 apartments in total, each fully equipped to the highest standard and tastefully decorated. Every apartment has its own parking space.||All apartments are fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the conveniences necessary for a relaxing holiday. These include bathroom, TV, kitchenette, fridge and bedroom with double bed. Some come with terraces offering views of sea. All units feature wirless Internet access.||If guests are interested in additional recreational activities, such as going on a trip, rafting, mountaineering, any other sports, or even going to the theatre, a concert or the cinema, staff will be happy to answer any queries. The nearby public beach has a lifeguard on duty. There are also sun loungers and parasols available (fees apply).
