The hotel opened on the 1st March 2009 designed by the British duo of architects Jestico + Whiles, offers 557 rooms, conference and events facilities and a 570 m² ballroom as well as 550-car garage. There is also a 550 m² Spa & beauty area with whirlpool, steam bath, saunas, massage rooms and fitness studio. The fully glass enclosed Sky Bar and Sky Lounge on the upper floors offer breathtaking views of Berlin. The hotel offers a light and international style of cuisine and the wine cellar, offering Austrian wines. The brasserie located next to the lobby is open all day and offers a selection of small dishes as well as delicacies from the hotels patisserie.
