The hotel in Rhodes Town has 210 rooms and a water sport centre on the beach, which offers water skiing, jet-skiing, banana boat rides, windsurfing and canoeing. The harbour area is 500 metres away and was once the site of one of the seven natural wonders of the ancient world, the 100 foot Collossus of Rhodes. It is now home to yachts from around the world.

The hotel has a restaurant, bar and a coffee shop. The hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which includes breakfast , lunch and dinner, buffet style. Much of the food is prepared while you wait such as pizza, pancakes, pasta dishes and mixed grill is available. The Petit Palais also has a snack bar and a central bar offering wine and beer nights. A variety of snacks are served between main meals. The main hotel bar is open from 10 am until midnight and serves variety of local alcoholic drinks and spirits including locally produced draft drinks, soft drinks, sparkling and still water in bottles, beer, wine, vodka, rum, whisky, gin and locally produced cocktails.
