The newly renovated Makrovilag is a small hotel in the downtown Budapest, just half a minutes walk from the Kalvin Square metro stop and adjacent to Raday street, which is a great place for younger visitors with lots of pubs and places to go out. The Makrovilag Hotel has 15 guestrooms of varying sizes, suitable for between one and five people. The rooms are simple but well-equipped and each has its own separate bathroom with toilet. The Hotel Makrovilag was built in the first half of the 19th century, in 1839 and was originally known as the ‘White Peafowl Inn' (Feher Pava in Hungarian).
