The guesthouse is approximately 15 minutes from golf courses and from Menara Airport. The hotel was built in 2005 and its architectural design is based on a southern kasbah. Large cob walls surround the place, and there is also an interior patio and fountain. The hotel comprises three riads of six suites each, and each one is reached via a tower comprising two royal suites. Each of the four buildings has a private swimming pool, private gardens and each floor has a private terrace.
