The Hotel Cortijo El Sotillo is a unique property full of character and history, the hotel occupies historic buildings that date back to the 18th century and use to be stables and farm land. The restaurant at the hotel occupies a charming building that was originally an animal pen but has since been completely refurbished yet retains much of the same traditional architecture and features. Guests can enjoy the cosy atmosphere with the heat of an open fire in the winter or on the pretty terrace in the summer and the restaurant serves a delicious range of local specialties all cooked from local and organic produce.
