The Europa Apartments are situated in the Los Pinos tourist area of Blanes just 250 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the resort centre. The majority of the resort facilities are just a few minutes away and the local bus and train station enables easy access to Barcelona and Gerona. The resort is generally quieter and more family friendly than nearby Lloret. Location The Europa Apartments Blanes are just 250 metres from the beach with a long seafront promenade and plenty of water sports to try. A holiday to Blanes offers 2 miles of coast dotted with little coves and long lush blue flag awarded sandy beaches. Why not head to the old town of the resort and admire the medieval castle or sample some of the authentic Spanish dishes in one of the restaurants. Costa Brava's Water World water park is located in neighbouring Lloret de Mar which is also a great place to head for a lively night out on your holidays to Blanes. Golf is an excellent sport to try on your holidays; Blanes is within easy reach of several professional courses or why not book a boat trip to Tossa de Mar and see the ancient castle. There is so much to see in Blanes with the historic Castell de St Joan and the 16th Century watchtower that overlooks the resort or you could head to the Pinya Rosa Tropical Gardens to see some of the beautiful cacti and flora.
