The Amatista is smart modern complex of apartments just 20 metres from the beach and a short stroll from the attractions of Calpe. The nearby Poniente Beach is a lovely sweeping stretch of sand and buses, taxis, supermarkets and shops are located conveniently close by. Please note: Key collection point at Turmalina Apartments 24 hour reception. Location The Amatista Apartments have a total of 170 apartments of either one or two bedrooms. Apartments are cleaned every 8 days and towels and bed linen are changed once a week. There are numerous watersports available at the beach including jet skis, windsurfing and diving, perfect for a beach holiday on the Costa Blanca. Accomodation All have bathroom/shower WC TV air conditioning/heating telephone balcony/terrace fridge kitchenette * (certain amenities may be payable locally) Please note: A breakage deposit of 100 euros must be paid upon arrival to the hotel. This will be refunded at the end of your stay upon satisfactory condition of the room. PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS PASSING THROUGH 31/12/2011 WILL HAVE A DEPOSIT OF 300€ PER APARTMENT. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE CLIENTS LEAVE THE APARTMENT AND ONCE THIS HAS BEEN CHECKED.
