This hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and comprises a total of 100 apartments and 12 studios set over two floors, situated in the area called Playas de Fornells, and is only 200m from the beach, and 15km to Mahon.

Facilities on offer include a spacious foyer, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a public Internet terminal, and a 24-hour reception. The hotel also features a café, a small supermarket, a range of shops, a cosy bar with an outdoor terrace, a nightclub, an air-conditioned la carte restaurant. Additionally, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are offered to guests.
