The apartment complex is located in the centre of Playa del Inglés. The complex, which was renovated in 2005 offers 15 one-bedroom apartments and a small garden area. A cycle hire service is offered. Apartments have 1 bedroom with electronic hire safe, full bathroom, hairdryer, living room with complimentary satellite TV, a kitchenette with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a safe deposit box, and have either a balcony or a terrace. The apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors offer sea views, while lower floor apartments have a pool view. Guests may take advantage of the small swimming pool, located in the garden area.
