AVAILABLE MAY TO OCTOBER - The Excelsior Apartments are in a central position with shops, bars and restaurants outside the door. San Antonio Bay is a horseshoe shape and is the perfect place to try a variety of watersports. With the world famous dance clubs of Es Paradis and Eden in town it becomes the summer`s party capital. There are also a number of trendy boutiques in the town for when lazing on the beach gets too much. Guests staying at the Excelsior Apartments can also use all the facilities of the Mar i Vent Apartments. Location The apartments are 500 metres from the nearest beach and a 5 minute walk from the port and the seafront promenade. Ibiza was awarded the blue flag for 9 of its beaches previously and there are 3 nice beaches within 10 minutes. Guests staying at this property may use all facilities of the Mar i Vent. Accomodation All have bathroom/shower WC balcony air conditioning most have a ceiling fan kitchenette fridge (certain amenities may be payable locally) All studios are equipped with ceiling fans and Air Conditioning is payable locally subject to availability.
