Reception office is open 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours an express check-in is operated. If arriving outside opening hours, guests are requested to call the office during opening hours (00442086885503) or email (croydon@max-servicedapartments.co.uk) at least 48 hours prior to arrival so the hotel can send guests the important instructions for check-in. Without this information guests may not be able to enter the building.
