This complex is organised like a hotel and offers apartments in and around the Scottish capital. Each apartment is located in a historic building with lift access. It is, however, possible that guests will have to climb a couple of flights of stairs.

These 20 appealing apartments are located on the Royal Mile or within a radius of 250 m of it. They are also within easy reach of the Grassmarket, the Georgian New Town and the new west harbour construction.
Rooms
All of the apartments have comfortable beds with linen, towels provided and private bathrooms with a powerful shower. The fully fitted kitchens include utensils, toaster, stove and microwave. Some of the properties are studio apartments in which living and sleeping areas are combined but most have a separate lounge area. Futon beds are available to accommodate extra guests in many apartments. Many apartments have complimentary WIFI Internet access while Internet, telephone, fax and safe are all available at the apartments' central office. These services may incur additional charges.

Notes
All check-ins take place at the reception in the main office at 6 Queen Street, EH2 1JE, Edinburgh. Guests receive their key there as well as information about where the apartment is situated. Check-in times are between 3 pm and 10 pm. There is an emergency number that guests can call at any time if there is an emergency. For guests who want to check in after 10 pm there are key safes with maps and keys allowing the guests to check-in for themselves. The recently renovated establishments lie just 550 metres from the bus station and 800 metres from Waverley train station.
