Location
The country house is set in the heart of Lancashire's Ribble Valley, surrounded by rolling, verdant hills dominated by Pendle Hill, which is famous for its 16th century witch trials. It is a short distance from the historical town of Clitheroe (5 km) with Clitheroe Castle. It is also well placed for visiting Manchester, Harrogate, Leeds, Blackpool, Morecambe and the Lake District. Nearby airports include Blackpool International Airport, situated at roughly 60 km; Leeds Bradford International Airport, at around 74 km; Manchester Airport, at some 98 km; and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, at about 114 km. East Midlands Airport and Newcastle Airport are both approximately 220 km from the residence.

There are individually appointed bedrooms, many affording views out over the gardens and countryside. The menu at Jonathan's, the restaurant at Eaves Hall, offers traditional British dishes with a modern twist. The influence of locally sourced ingredients in dishes is much in evidence. Some of the speciality dishes feature the best of Lancashire cheeses and meats. Dress in the restaurant is smart-casual and the ambience is relaxing and convivial.
