This condo style aparthotel is located on the edge of Lake Davenport, an attractive natural area covering over 70 acres of lush landscaped grounds. The resorts elegant design is based on the colonial architecture of the Bahamas, with graceful columns and wide verandahs surrounded by tropical plants, palm trees and lily ponds. All of Orlando`s attractions are within easy reach with Walt Disney World itself approximately 10 minutes away. Currently under construction, the hotel is set to offer guests even more fantastic features to enjoy. A new splash area for kid's will be available, offering a water park and club house, as well as a grass area with BBQ grills and a child's jungle gym - the ideal place to relax and unwind. A large palapa is being installed on the beach area, and new volleyball areas will be available for active guests to use. The hotel is currently upgrading all of the interiors of the property, with new furniture, bedroom facilities and decor to create an even more luxurious feel to the hotel. Location These two and three bedroom spacious villa suites provide home from home style accommodation housed in colonial style buildings overlooking the peaceful lake. Suites have living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, large bathrooms and private screened balconies. Accomodation All have - bathroom/shower - WC - TV - balcony/terrace - kitchen - washer/dryer - air conditioning - TV - DVD - CD player - (certain amenities may be payable locally) Please note: There is a departure cleaning fee of 65 USD plus tax payable per stay locally upon arrival for cleaning and housekeeping during your stay. The hotel is also asking for a security deposit of 200 USD upon arrival. Eating and Drinking The hotel has numerous facilities for wining and dining including Mambos for homemade pizzas, burgers and snacks in a poolside location with a friendly and atmosphere, Tradewinds is a casually elegant restaurant is also located lakeside and offers diners spectacular views of the lake. It features daily breakfast buffets, casual lunches and a full dinner menu. There is also the Bahama Bay Pizza Express with a vast menu of pizzas made on-site and delivered to the villa-suite at anytime. Swimming Pools The hotel has four swimming pools and a children`s pool. The children`s pool has an overhead sprinkler, a mushroom shaped top that water falls from, and also shooting sprinklers that come from the bottom of the pool.
