France Holidays

France has over two thousand miles of coastline, some sandy others rocky. The northern Breton coast is rugged while the south is sandy and also warmer. Remember that the sea here is the Atlantic so waves can be heavy, ideal for water sports but not perhaps for paddling. Nice in the Cote D'Azur on the French Riviera, enjoys soft sand and calm waters. The winter season bring skiers and boarders to the French Alps and to the Pyrenees on the border with Spain. The Alps have many world class resorts which have good snow records.
